yes, this is all your fault, LL, jkjkjkjk LOL
what got me thinking along these lines was your various comments and pics and fanfics involving Mr. Wynant. I've seen him in a lot of different roles on various series, but now I really notice his presence more. I think, for example he must have played several different characters on Perry Mason during its run.
So, I decided to think about other guest actors [not necessarily villains] on Wild, Wild West, and think about whether or not I have a favorite, or favorites. And since I'm not that fond of narrow choices, I have favorite/s. Here is my grouping, please feel free to share yours:
Suzanne Pleshette, Diane Mcbain, Dana Wynter, John Drew Barrymore, John Doucette, Jeff Corey, Jay Robinson, Leslie Nielsen, Jackie Coogan and Henry Darrow

Yep, he was in ten Perry episodes, playing eight different characters. (One of them he played three times.) It was on Perry that I first really took notice of him. His final Perry character will be on MeTV this coming Tuesday, on the morning episode. Suzanne Pleshette was a lot of fun. I've liked her work for years. My main favorites are H.M. Wynant, Richard Anderson, Simon Oakland, William Talman, William Schallert, Douglas Henderson, Kathie Browne, Bethel Leslie, Walter Burke, Victor Buono, Michael Dunn, Richard Kiel, Dabbs Greer, Theodore Marcuse, Nobu McCarthy, and probably a bunch of others that I'll remember only after I post this....

Well, the ultimate "guest actor" for me was Michael Dunn. Wish he had been able to do more.
Also really liked Nick Adams, Nehemiah Persoff, Roy Engel, Agnes Moorehead, Mala Powers (she needed to on more episodes to redeem her foolishness of rejecting Artie), Ricardo Montalban and Pernell Roberts (sigh to both).

I remember I should have added Lisa Gaye to my extensive list. And every kitty that appeared in an episode.

One kitty that played a major part in a WWW episode was the fourth-season opener, TNOT Big Bklackmail.

Yep, I watched that episode a while back to see that kitty. It's an awesome episode all around.

Kitties played parts in many episodes. Another is Fugitives, when the cat hung on the bell rope to dupe the bad guys into thinking it was the one that rang the church bell!
I've been thinking about this thread. I need to sit down and consider each episode and the guest stars in it.
I shall return.

I have dubbed the kitty in Fugitives the Kitty Bell-Ringer.
Yep, The Hitchhiker was the first thing I saw William Talman in other than Perry Mason. Quite a switch!
