DISCUSS Script TNOT Sorcerer

This is one of the two unfilmed scripts I have. I have not read it since I typed it up last year, but as I recall, it was quite rough, and in a couple of places even the characters' names were mixed up, including Artie's.

But I think it sounds like a pretty neat story that would have been fun to see filmed. Especially the last scene with the beetles!

[Paradox Eyes]

This is the first time I've read this one. I agree, this would have been a good one on film. I loved the stalactite/stalagmite cave scene with the laboratory. The giant beetles kinda made me chuckle but that's Wild Wild West for you. Anything goes and I think they would have handled it well so it didn't become too hokey. All told I thought it was a good story. Good Artie disguise scene. I love the spooky elements...my favorite flavors!
Seems like they put a little of everything in this one. Scenes on the train, riding scenes, hospital scene, cave, laboratory, secret passages, drugs and smoke, and a little silliness in the tag. Yes I definitely think this would have been a well liked episode. ;D ;D

It's been a while since I've read the script but I remember seeing some similiarities between it and Druid's Blood. As for the beetles' scene, I'm also curious as to how they would have handled the special effects......
