I'm here to check with the compleatists here and the trivia experts, who may or may not be the exact same people I've been trying to come up with more than the above two mentioned bad guys who Jim knew previously and who ended up dead at the end of their ep. I know there were also good guys who bought the bullet, such as Charley Tobin, Professor Robey [sp?] and others, but I'm more concerned at this point with villains who fit the above two criteria... I could ask about bad guys who died who weren't past friends, but that's another thread... isn't it?

T in Grand Emir. Both guys obviously knew him beforehand.

What about Sir Nigel in Bleak Island? Even though I resurrected him in a story, he obviously was killed in the episode when he went over the cliff.

But was T really a friend? More of an annoying acquaintance if you ask me I forgot about Sir Nigel... another Artie-less ep I rarely watch, buit I really should review those again...

We don't know anything about their past history with T--other than both were very annoyed to see him. I guess Artie knew T had money.

thanks all! I'd definitely add Sir Nigel to the list, "T"... well, he was certainly annoying... and more than a little phony... maybe his way of acting so familiar with Jim and Artie was an act that they let him put on... to a point.

I've always kind of wished they hadn't killed T off so thoroughly. I would have liked to see him come back--or at least be available for a fan fic!

Oh hey! How about a prequel fanfic of the guys' previous meeting with T? They wouldn't have realized what he really was, but he obviously left a bad taste in their mouths.

That's possible. I've also thought about a twin brother or sister. But that's way in the future!

T was interesting, wasn't he? He took his death sentence so calmly, I admire him for that (even if he was a villain) instead of making a huge scene pounding away at the glass till he keeled over

I always thought that at some point in the past, T, in his guise as a reporter, had caused problems for the guys on a case, perhaps publishing information he should not, or skewing information. "Yellow journalism" was rampant in those days.

Gideon Falconer and General Ball... possibly T... Well, there's Alvin Murray whom Artie knew... but anyone else??? I need a serious West Fest
