I have been trying to remember where one of these faux pas occurs, and I will get to that below. Most have been mentioned here and there, but maybe we need a thread, with pictures, to concentrate them. Forgive me if there has already been such a thread, but I don't remember it, if so! One of my favorites is in Cossacks, and I never noticed it until someone, I think Double Take, mentioned it. It's so obvious! The mysterious "helping hand" when Jim is climbing up out of the pit (with footage from Arrow, no less; the hand doesn't show up in Arrow). The one I'm trying to remember that has been discussed before is where either a plane or a jet's contrail appears in the sky. Someone tell me which episode it was and I'll see if I can get a screen cap. I know there are others, and I know I have the caps. One or two involve mirrors. I'll see if I can find them, or maybe someone will remind me.

I thought of where I'd find another one: Gruesome Games, during the fight in Lola's room. You can see the cameramen in the mirror!

how fun calgal!! thank you so much that. I never noticed the cameraman. Nice shot. I love the bloopers where he tears his pants. there was one episode in season 1 where he blows his way out of a cave or prison and I could have sworn his pants were torn---huge tear-- but then when he gets out he's got a big dirt stain there. oh well I have to look up the episode to ask about it.

In Bubbling Death, I believe, after the fight with Cartwheel, either Jim's pants or shirt is torn. But moments later the tear has vanished! I'll have to see if I have pix of that.
And of course the infamous fight in Underground Terror (popularly known as Underwear Tearer), Jim's trousers are nearly ripped off, but then suddenly all he has is a slit on one pants leg.

Here are the two from Bubbling Death--at the conclusion of the fight, Jim is dusty and his pants leg clearly ripped and very dusty. Then he enters the fort (or whatever it was) to be blindfolded, and he's wearing spiffy, freshly cleaned, not torn, not dusty, trousers.

Look, a UFO! ;D At least Jim and Artie couldn't identify it, since they've never seen such a thing before. That's a new one on me, Ace. This is at the beginning of Lord of Limbo. Here's a small fixed wing aircraft in the background with a quick and rough clip I made. The only reason why I saw it because it was moving. There was another time and I need to remember the episode, Artie walks into a saloon and I could hear the sound of an airplane flying over.

you guys are fantastic!! Keep it coming. I'm away from my computer for an hour an look what I've missed!!! I've read about these boo boos but never took the time to spot them and they're hysterical!!! Ace that one with the semitruck makes me laugh. I know you're all familiar with LA-- and i'm not actually sure where that scene was filmed?? --anyone know?? but studio city is right by the 101 freeway. I guess that trucker never realized he was on tv captured for eternity!! that is hysterical!! And studio city not too far from the airport. I never heard the underwear tear!! that is a better name for that episode!! LOL!!!

Also in Human Trigger, toward the ending scenes--perhaps when Artie arrives in disguise--you can hear a dog bark. No dogs in the episode!

Here's a snap I got from Jack O'Diamonds. Don't know if it is a UFO, but I sure don't know WHAT it is.

Here's another one. I finally remembered where it was--Surreal McCoy. Just as Jim leaves the ambassador in his bedroom and goes out (to sniff the wine and have the big fight), you can see "someone" out in that other room. ;D

No dogs in the episode! yeah, well, dogs can be anywhere, whether you see them or not...like my neighbor's dog waking me up in the middle of the night. She isn't mine, but she wakes me up! ;D

I think the same thing happens with Jim's shirt in TNOT Vipers. First it's torn, and then it's not.

what were they thinking back then? we wouldn't notice that RC's crotch of his pants were torn and that we could just make believe it was the side of his leg that ripped? I can see they might not catch a semitruck or a plane going by on the side of the screen--well you get the idea....

I'm pretty sure I posted that pic from Underwear Tearer in another thread, but I didn't look for it. If you have it handy, go for it. Tighty Whities.

The blip in Jack O'Diamonds showed up more than once when I played the disk on my computer. I know because I didn't snap it the first time and went back to get it. But I can't say I looked for it when I watched on my TV. Next time, I will.
I think it's when Jim is riding Jack O'Diamonds and escaping from Sordo but I'm not positive.

Wow let it rip!! Does anyone know who the stuntmen are in this scene? The guy he is slapping around does not look familiar.
